Libration Systems offers products and services to aerospace customers in both government and private industry sectors.
Our staff is comprised of subject matter experts with extensive and diverse backgrounds across the aerospace industry. Our support capabilities range from flagship space missions such as the James Webb Space Telescope, to extensive satellite constellation networks, to CubeSats and other small, independent missions. No matter the size of the project, we endeavor to support our customers with uncompromising quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
What Do We Do?
Our engineering services include:
- Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) of satellite hardware and satellite payloads of all sizes and applications;
- Test program design, development, and documentation tailored to our customers’ particular requirements;
- Development and manufacturing of electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) to support testing and operational applications;
- Training support for industry-relevant engineering skill development; and
- Modelling and simulation of complex systems.
Our manufacturing group capabilities include the design, development, and production of Break-Out Boxes (BoBs), adapter cables, cable-harnesses, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and satellite avionics electronics. Our made-to-order hardware is suited for ground support, test units, and flight models, and our fabricators are certified to NASA and IPC-J standards.
We also provide instructional training to NASA and IPC-J standards for electrical engineering skills such as hand soldering, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) awareness and mitigation, material safety and contamination control, and cable, crimp, and harness assembly.
